Account email

We may send an email verification link, a sign-in notice, and an invitation addressed to your verified account. An invitation does not grant membership; it asks you to review and accept.

WhatsApp and phone

WhatsApp activation and account updates require that you enter a phone number and explicitly choose the opt-in. The number must then be activated. We do not treat a number as available for messaging merely because it appears in an invitation.

Control and opt out

You can revoke the phone opt-in in the account settings. You can also contact hello@trecsa.in for support. Service-critical security messages may still be necessary to protect your account. To delete your account entirely, see Delete account.

No surprise marketing

Broken Tubelight does not use WhatsApp to sell product access or invite recipients without consent. Administrator announcements are restricted to approved delivery channels and should be relevant to the intended audience.
